ADVANCED SYSTEMS ANALYSIS

COURSE SUMMARY

This seminar provides experienced systems analysts with an insight into how to handle the larger and more complex business problems that they will increasingly become involved. It also gives them many practical techniques for problem solving, effective interviewing, management presentations, and project organization and leadership.

The course concentrates on dealing with the major aspects of the day to day activities of the senior systems people. It is taught by two senior instructors who bring their real-world experiences to the classroom. The instructors teach using a mixture of mini-cases and guided discussion with attendee and instructor interaction at all times.

The course emphasis is on analyzing and solving business problems. We assume you already understand bits and bytes, or will select the necessary technical people for your project teams. We will also provide a comprehensive workbook as part of the course for reference and as a resource. This course is based on practical real life experience and is not taught out of a book. Come join us for an intensive, but lively, three days.
