Designed for everyone who must work on projects or manage them. Learn effective and practical tools and techniques for bringing projects in on schedule and within budget without sacrificing design. Includes estimating techniques, how to resolve conflicts and handle change, leading without authority, and effective presentations. Practice with several case studies.

Who Should Attend?

This seminar is designed for Analysts, Programmers, Project Leaders, Managers, Engineers, Auditors, User Coordinators, and other administrative people who are involved in project work. It is especially valuable for those systems or IT technical people who have not had extensive supervisory experience. Although the case studies, scenarios, and illustrations are from the systems and computer environments, this seminar is appropriate for anyone who must work on projects or manage them. Companies that are installing client/server technology or have re-engineering projects underway should consider sending entire teams to this course.

Price / Schedule / Instructors

The Project Management & Control course is a three-day public admission course. For In-House clients it can be condensed to two days. The three-day course price on a general admission public basis is $695 per person. The price is in U.S. dollars and includes lunch and all course materials, workbooks, certificates, etc.

The course is offered at various locations across the USA and in Nashville in the Fall and Spring. Please call for exact dates and locations. The course is conducted with two instructors. The instructors for this course are Paul Saunders, Betty Friedlander, Charles Jones, and Ed Zinkiewicz.
